The Best Omega 3 Fish Oil is Helping My Psoriasis

In recent years, I have had problems with psoriasis. I have spent many hot summer days wearing long pants and long sleeved shirts. I have tried nearly everything to try to clear up my psoriasis. The most recent thing I am trying is best omega 3 fish oil. I do have to admit that I have seen an improvement in my skin since taking this supplement.

Omega 3 fish oil has anti-inflammatory properties which is what is helping my psoriasis, or that is what I believe it is doing. Any relief that I can find is welcome to me as I have spent many restless nights only to wake up to painful sores from where I scratched myself in my sleep out of desperation to relieve the itching of my psoriasis.

I’m going to try this a bit longer, and possibly get some UV therapy as well. I have learned in the past doing just one thing will not help. At least that has been my experience with the condition.
